Scott L. Anderson graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1982. He received his law degree in 1986 from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul. Scott and his wife, Mary, were married on March 26, 1988. He has two children, Jenna and Brett. Scott is an avid golfer and bicycling enthusiast.

During law school, Scott worked at an insurance defense firm and private law firm in Minneapolis. He gained a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding personal injury lawsuits through this experience. After law school, Scott started his own law practice. He has successfully represented thousands of clients for over 27 years.

Scott is AV rated, the highest rating an attorney can receive from the preeminent national rating organization, Martindale Hubbell. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Anoka County Bar Association. Scott has mentored many prospective lawyers and associates with many attorneys pertaining to legal questions where his experience can be to their benefit. Scott has volunteered for less fortunate persons and donated hundreds of hours for many years.

Gregory T. Yaeger is a partner in the firm. He is an accomplished trial attorney with extensive experience in the areas of railroad law and personal injury. Greg has a history of fighting for the rights of injured people across the country and has achieved numerous large verdicts on behalf of his clients. Michael L. Weiner is a partner in the firm and has been helping accident victims and their families nationwide since 1981. He is a skilled trial attorney with extensive experience in the areas of personal injury, railroad, products liability, and civil appeals. He has handled a number of landmark cases, including cases expanding the rights of injured railroad employees and the victims of defective products. He joined Yaeger, Jungbauer & Barczak in 1993.

He is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education programs and has written numerous articles for legal publications. Investigator – Bill Sullivan

Bill Sullivan has been the Auto Division Investigations Director at Yaeger & Weiner since 1994 assisting with Anderson Law Office cases.  Before that, he spent 15 years as an Auto Accident Investigator and Supervisor at Hunegs Law Office in Minneapolis, M.N.  Bill is an extremely experienced automobile accident investigator who has investigated more than 6,000 automobile accidents in a career that has spanned 40 years.

From 1967 to 1979, Bill served as a police officer for the City of Golden Valley where he worked in general patrol, traffic enforcement and was an accident specialist, including advanced accident investigation.   Bill is a self-taught accident reconstructionist, not certified.  In his law enforcement career, he worked as police school and liaison officer, narcotics officer, criminal investigation detective and Police Sergeant.  His duties included review of all City accidents related to selective traffic law enforcement.

Bill has always been interested in cars and how they work, beginning at age 10 repairing farm machinery and automobiles.  Bill owned his first vehicle at age 12 and did all the repairs himself.  As a teenager, he worked as a service station attendant and general auto mechanic and continued repairing automobiles until 1994.
